Per IRS requirements, no goods or services may be provided for gifts made through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) or via an IRA account. Donor Advised Fund (DAF) grants are prohibited from conferring any benefits that are “more than incidental” to the donor, donor advisor or anyone related to either of them. Donors who wish to receive the underwriting benefits and attend the event will be required to purchase separate tickets using their personal funds.
