The Scripps Clinic Invitational Golf Tournament has been the Clinic’s signature fundraising event for 48 years. The beneficiary will once again be the new Scripps Clinic La Jolla – the John R. Anderson V Medical Pavilion (AMP), as we approach the finish line of this campaign. As such a meaningful golf tournament in the history of Scripps Clinic, we invite you to play a special role in this year’s event. We will be able to actually see the fruits of our efforts at the Grand Opening!
The John R. Anderson V Medical Pavilion, the newest Scripps Clinic located on the campus of Scripps Memorial La Jolla will help transform medicine by combining the latest advancements in groundbreaking research and technology with the Scripps Clinic model of collaborative patient care. Eileen and Jack Anderson donated $25 million to help build this center of excellence, named in memory of their youngest son John. Please join the Andersons and our community of generous donors, dedicated to creating an environment of care that helps to heal, enhance and save lives.
Encompassing six floors and a lower level, the Anderson Medical Pavilion will be a center of medical excellence where physicians and staff can provide the same personal care and integration of services that distinguishes Scripps Clinic and Scripps Health. Together, the Anderson Medical Pavilion and adjoining Scripps Prebys Cardiovascular Institute will create a crossroads of high-quality patient care for the San Diego community – and beyond.
